For reference, Google recently announced that it would cut out Gemini Pro from AI Plus subscriptions, and users, clearly, weren’t happy with the change. That’s when we asked you whether you pay for Gemini, and if so, which tier you’re on. Unsurprisingly, a sizeable portion of our audience said that they don’t pay for Gemini. What actually caught us by surprise was how many of you do. Our poll caught the attention of 1,315 respondents, and 71.3% said they’re subscribed to one of Gemini’s paid tiers. That’s essentially 940 out of 1,315 who pay for Google’s AI services. In comparison, only 291 respondents (22.2%) said they’ve stuck to the free tier, while 84 (6.39%) said they don’t use Gemini.
