GTA 6 Survey Reveals People Really Want GTA Online, But It Hasn’t Been Confirmed Yet

The only problem is that GTA 6 is a strictly single-player game and has no online mode, at least not one that Rockstar has talked about yet. Research firm Piper Sandler recently polled 9,000 teenagers , with 90% saying they intend to play GTA Online. It would be shocking if GTA 6 doesn't eventually have an online mode, but the company has not said anything about that. Additionally, the survey found that 70% of respondents who own a PS5 or Xbox Series X|S plan to buy GTA 6. Of those, 55% said they are planning to buy GTA immediately, and 15% said they would wait several months. Before this, Circana reported that nearly 1 in 3 console and PC gamers in the US plan to buy GTA 6 ; that's the highest purchase intent that Circana has ever measured. Analyst James Callahan reiterated a $290 price target on Take-Two's stock.
